I founded For Growth Coaching on a simple belief: that people navigating workplace transition deserve more than generic advice — they deserve a process built around who they actually are.
Drawing on two decades as a Fortune 500 executive, consultant, and certified coach (BS, JD, WPCC), I developed the ACTIV™ Framework — a structured, deeply human process for navigating transition and decision-making. From that work, the concept of Ambient Effort™ emerged, giving leaders a language for the invisible toll of continuous workplace change. At the organizational level, these insights inform the Change Stability Model™, which helps organizations maintain stability while navigating change.
