Data Collection

We collect minimal personal information such as your name and contact details through our Wix scheduling platform. During coaching sessions, I may take handwritten notes to track progress and provide more effective coaching.

Note-Taking and Data Use

Limited session notes, may be taken in shorthand, they may include brief details about your goals, challenges, and outcomes discussed during the sessions. These notes are stored in a locked file cabinet in my office and are used solely for the purpose of supporting our coaching sessions.

Data Retention and Destruction

All handwritten session notes will be securely stored during the coaching engagement. I will retain your notes for 1 month after the last session, after which they will be securely shredded.

Data Protection

Your notes are kept confidential and stored securely to protect your privacy. Only I have access to your written session notes, and no personal details will be shared unless required by law (e.g., mandatory reporting).
